This is one of our favourite restaurants. It’s locatated in the lovely, medieval village of Panicale. With friendly and knowledgeable staff (Andrea knows his wines!), excellent local dishes, a great wine selection and with very affordable prices, it is not for nothing that we keep coming back here. Try the house specialty: ‘Faraona in crosta’ (guinea fowl in crust), or ‘Tagliatelle al tartufo’ and ‘Linguine ai sapori di Lago’ (Linguine with fish from the lake). You can also sit outside in the little street, or (for 2 persons only) on the balcony overlooking Lake Trasimeno, but you have to ask for it in advance!
